Ensuring timely and high-quality production by: Meeting or exceeding daily operational requirements. Adhering to company policies, practices and procedures. Clearly communicating production/manning/performance issues to appropriate parties. Maintaining a clean and organized working environment. Conducting and overseeing on-the-job training for new associates. Addressing other issues and/or responsibilities as opportunities arise.
