Job Description
MyWorkChoice is hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Workers for light industrial and manufacturing clients. In this role, you'll assemble parts, operate basic tools and equipment, and follow safety and quality standards on the production floor. You'll inspect finished products, meet production goals, and help keep work areas clean and organized. Using MyWorkChoice's tech platform, you can view and pick W-2 shifts that fit your schedule, giving you flexibility while supporting reliable shift coverage for major brands in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assemble light industrial and manufacturing components on a 2nd shift schedule following standard work instructions Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished products for quality, reporting defects or issues to leads or supervisors Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality targets while maintaining a clean, organized work area Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping guidelines in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Use My Work Choice's app/technology to view, accept, and manage assigned shifts Work collaboratively with teammates, leads, and supervisors to support smooth shift operations Complete required training on equipment, safety, and quality procedures and apply them consistently Required Skills Assembly line operations Use of hand and power tools Basic mechanical aptitude Reading work instructions and diagrams Quality inspection and defect identification Basic math and measurements Safety and PPE compliance Warehouse or manufacturing procedures Time management and productivity Using mobile apps for scheduling
