Job Duties Perform hand soldering of electronic components and assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards Inspect solder joints to ensure proper connection, alignment, and workmanship Read and interpret basic assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety standards Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures Perform additional assembly or production tasks as assigned Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to produce consistent, high-quality solder connections Minimum one (1) year of hand soldering experience required Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Hand Soldering Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
