We are currently hiring Production Workers for our client, Piston Automotive, to help manufacture brake pads and calipers for Honda vehicles. These are temporary-to-hire opportunities in 45 days for individuals looking for a chance to build their manufacturing experience and pursue long-term employment.

Available Shifts A Shift:

6:00 AM

• 2:30 PM | $16.00 per hour
• Plus Overtime: 4:00 AM
• 2:30

PM B Shift:

3:00 PM

• 11:30 PM | $16.75 per hour
• Plus Overtime: 3:00 PM
• 1:30 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Job Responsibilities Operate various types of manufacturing machinery. Assist with the production and assembly of brake pads and calipers. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Monitor equipment and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
