Our Production Associates keep parts moving to the line and keep the plant floor clean and running right. If you like staying busy, working with a crew, and seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, this is your kind of job. No manufacturing experience? No problem. We train you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Move parts and material to and from the production line Push carts and operate a tugger (motorized cart) to deliver parts where the line needs them — training provided Work a variety of line processes and rotate between areas so the job stays interesting Handle general housekeeping and cleanup in production areas — sweeping, wiping down equipment, clearing scrap and cardboard, emptying bins Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE Help your team out wherever you're needed

WHAT YOU NEED 18

years or older Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for a full shift Reliable transportation to Marysville, OH Willing to complete a background check and drug screen We don't require prior factory experience. Show up on time, work hard, and stay safe — we'll teach you the rest.
