The Production Associate facilitates assembly of customer orders and quality control measures to make certain materials and products meet acceptable quality and integrity standards. The role utilizes equipment such as cutters, drill presses, and rewinders.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize hand assembly to affix labels onto magnets, signage, and other products. Ensures quality control and consistency to produce print products that satisfy customer requests and needs. Completes accurate paperwork to document completed order details and file paperwork correctly for future reference. Effectively manage time and prioritize projects to ensure orders are shipped to customers and/or warehouse install crews to adhere to established timelines. Support high level of productivity standards by following established operating policies, utilizing time efficiently, and providing team member support when needed. Prepare finished orders by packaging, weighing, and labeling for shipping to customers and/or job sites. Utilize equipment such as cutters, drill presses, and rewinders as needed to complete customer order.

Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient computer knowledge and skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent Warehouse or Operational experience is a plus
COMPENSATION
$18-19/hour based on experience
FULL-TIME HOURS
Monday- Friday 1st shift (Mason, OH location)
