Rohrs Manufacturing operates out of McGuffey, Ohio and is a family owned manufacturer with strong agricultural roots. We produce Land Luvr strip till, strip freshener, and fertilizer application equipment. We also provide custom fabrication, CNC machining, fiber laser cutting, powder coating, blasting, and design services. Job Summary Support day to day factory operations through assembly assistance, material handling, shipping, basic equipment operation, and house keeping. This is hands-on role for someone who follows safety procedures, works reliably, and is willing to assist across production as priorities change.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the assembly team with parts, materials, and related production tasks. Use hand tools and basic shop equipment according to work instructions and safety requirements. Pick, pack, stage, and load outgoing shipments. Receive, unload, move, and organize steel and other materials using a forklift, tractor, or other equipment when trained and authorized. Maintain clean and orderly work areas, machines, tools, and equipment. Work safely around production equipment and report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures. Dependable attendance, clear communication, and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear PPE with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience. Forklift, tractor, or similar equipment experience. Equipment and Shop Exposure Haas CNC mills and lathes, manual lathes, Mazak laser equipment, power sanding tools, forklifts, and material handling equipment. This role may work around or assist this equipment. Authorization and training requirements should be confirmed.
