Production Clerk Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Medina, OH Now Hiring — Inventory Management Department 10pm - 6:30am Do you love keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes? As our Production Clerk, you'll be the go-to support for our production floor — tracking inventory, managing supplies, and keeping the records and reports that keep operations on track. You'll work closely with production teams every day, solving problems as they come up and helping the floor run without a hitch. What You'll Do Provide administrative and customer service support to production teams Produce and distribute in-house labels to support production operations Manage inventory and distribution of production supplies, including PPE, general supplies, and technology equipment Collect, organize, and maintain production documentation, including traceability records and error tracking reports Perform data entry and generate reports supporting production accuracy and compliance Process internal purchase requests and support material coordination Maintain accurate, organized records to support operational efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to company processes and standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Need High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Experience with data entry, inventory tracking, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3, Easylabel) Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 50 lbs.)
