Production Machine Operator

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to operate metal fabrication equipment including shears, presses, brakes, and saws while supporting daily production operations in a metals fabrication shop environment. 1st Shift $20-$22/hr., depending upon skills

Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication equipment including metal shears, press brakes, presses, and saws Read blueprints, measurements, and production specifications Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Package finished products for shipment Assist with machine setup and basic maintenance Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Support production and general labor activities as needed

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation preferred Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Commitment to workplace safety High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment #IND101
