In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods through shipping, receiving, and production processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Duties Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure safe delivery. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks efficiently. Receive incoming shipments by inspecting goods against purchase orders, verifying quantities, and recording receipt details. Maintain organized inventory by stocking products correctly and conducting regular stock counts using inventory management tools. Back-up Delivery Driver when necessary (CDL not required, but box truck driving experience a plus) Pick-up small orders from local clients & vendors Monitor Bailer - pull bails when needed and load onto scrap trailer. Replace dust collection bag & bailer wires when needed. Bailer cleaning - clean bailer daily and assist with paper jams within bailer system. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners required. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy in records and reports. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with understanding of trade compliance and international trade regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
