Job Description Starting Wage based on Injection Molding experience. Range based on experience between $20.00 -$23.00 with shift premium Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
Job Description Purpose and Scope:
The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for following the training parameters to become competent in injection molding machines
Responsibilities :
The Injection Molding Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, learning the process to: Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle Maintain cycle times Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications Pack finished parts for shipment Keep equipment and work area clean Organization and Relationships The Injection Molding Operator reports to their assigned Area Manager and/or
Shift Lead Requirements:
To qualify for the Injection Molding Operator position, the candidate is required to have: Hand-eye coordination Basic math skills Six months manufacturing experience Ability to stand for up to long periods of time Must be able to pull, push, and stretch out with wrists, fingers, palm, and forearm
