Throughout the shift, you stay organized, keep the workstation clean, and communicate with your team to hit deadlines safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Support the setup and safe operation of laser cutting equipment, including material staging and basic machine checks. Observe production runs, verify cut quality, and escalate any issues promptly.

cushion, box, and secure items in accordance with company guidelines. Keep tools and the work area orderly to maximize safety and throughput. Coordinate with teammates to meet output targets and shipping schedules. Perform simple maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting (clearing jams, checking consumables). Follow all safety procedures and company policies without exception. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is helpful but not required. Familiarity with laser operations is a plus; we'll teach you what you need to know. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions precisely. Capability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Here, precision matters. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, you'll fit right in.
