• Operate a tugger to move rubber sheets safely through the production process.
• Inspect rubber sheets for quality defects and compliance with specifications.
• Use cutting equipment to trim rubber sheets into required sizes.
• Feed and guide material into rerolling machines for proper winding onto cardboard cores.
• Operate machine control panels to monitor and adjust production.
• Wrap finished rolls with plastic, secured with zip ties, and prepared for shipment.
• Replenish production materials, including plastic wrap, to maintain continuous operation.
• Follow safety procedures while performing repetitive lifting, pulling, pushing, and material handling tasks.

This is a Full time/Temp to Hire opportunity The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or GED Ability to accurately read a tape measure, work instructions and finished product specifications General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Willingness to work as part of a team in a production environment Beginner to intermediate computer skills Written and verbal communication Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour
