What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment while following established work instructions Manufacture products that meet WillowWood's high quality standards Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency Record production information accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals Follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required-we're willing to train motivated individuals Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measuring skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn When you join WillowWood Global, you're not just taking a manufacturing job-you're helping create products that improve the quality of life for people around the world.
