By leveraging your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, you will ensure our production equipment operates at peak performance to meet critical delivery deadlines. Responsibilities Configure and operate industrial machinery, including corrugated presses, folding units, and slitting equipment, to achieve precise production targets. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving mechanical bottlenecks to minimize downtime. Perform rigorous quality inspections on packaging materials to ensure they meet exact specifications. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and optimize machine changeover times.
