Line Lead (Production) 2nd shift- 3:30pm-Midnight (Sun-Thurs)

Pay:

$30 Direct Hire Responsibilities Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues. Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals. Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges. Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures. Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule. Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility. Essential Skills Leadership experience. Manufacturing experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
