Shift:
Mon.-Thurs. 6am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure the consistent and high-quality manufacturing of materials. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Assist in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for distribution. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization. Work in coordination with logistics and sales teams to facilitate smooth production-to-delivery processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
