Hours:

7:00AM - 5:30PM Monday through Thursday / Fridays as needed The Production Clerk position is responsible for warehouse and production administrative functions covering a combination of some or all of the following:

• Maintain accurate production records & complete production confirmations/consumptions in SAP daily, including closing production orders
• Assist with the cycle count process, complete cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Recording plant metrics and or key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and maintain min/max levels, reorder points, & safety stock levels for maintenance, safety & operating supplies.
• Purchasing production and maintenance consumables in purchasing software Qualifications Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred) system
• Experience with an MRO Purchasing system (Coupa preferred)
• Strong math, measurement, and reading skills
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others in a team environment
• Abilities in prioritization, multi-tasking and problem solving while maintaining strong attention to detail Additional Qualifications
