Production Worker - Job Description Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards. Load and unload materials and components from production equipment. Monitor machines during production and report mechanical or quality issues. Perform visual inspections to identify defective or damaged products. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Use hand tools and power tools as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Move materials and finished products throughout the production area. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Meet daily production and quality goals. Work effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements. Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
