Job Description and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain oven and molds Assist in removal of scrap and trim from the waterjets Ability to assemble crash blocks to insulator Participate in Job Rotation Verify nap direction, color, size of carpets Follow lean manufacturing concepts Follow standardized work procedures Qualified as a carpet molder, assembly tables and the TPO Maac Operator Insure correct line speeds of the TPO Maac machine for quality finished goods. Keep the machine and filters clean. Load material into the vac system/bailor as necessary. Maintain hour by hour boards. Make up pallets / returnable. Meet established production targets. Operate press, ovens, waterjets, assembly tables, label parts, remove knockouts and TPO machine. Perform any other duties assigned by supervision. Perform required TPM's. Respect company policies and regulations. Responsible for part quality. Responsible for paperwork, including but not limited to start/end of shift, downtime and scrap documentation. Required to clean and keep work area clean and work in a safe manner. Operate labeling equipment. Participate in changeovers. Verify that the correct clip, and dead pedal is being used.
