Role:

Are you someone who likes working with your hands and staying active throughout the day? We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers/Assemblers! In this role, you'll be part of a hands-on manufacturing environment, working with a variety of materials to assemble high-quality products.

What You'll Do:

Assemble parts using Styrofoam, rubber, and other materials Use tools such as hot glue guns and rollers to complete builds Catch and inspect parts coming off the die, ensuring quality standards Clean and prepare parts for assembly Package finished products for shipment Assist with staging and organizing materials Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds Rotate between tasks to support team operations

Job Requirements What You Bring:

Basic skills: ability to read diagrams, use a tape measure, and handle tools (X-Acto knife experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and take on different tasks Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced setting

Work Environment:

This is not a climate-controlled environment Work involves standing for most of the day You'll be working with hot glue, so safety awareness is important
