WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform accurate hourly quality checks and record production and quality-control data. Set up and adjust equipment to meet specific order requirements and maintain quality standards. Monitor machinery and finished product throughout the production process. Label, package, and move finished products according to work-order requirements. Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and hoists. Training is provided. Assist with machine start-ups, adjustments, order changes, roll changes, measurements, and packaging. Work closely with fellow operators and Group Leaders as part of a team-oriented production environment . Learn additional aspects of our operations through ongoing training and hands-on experience. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform required housekeeping and preventative-maintenance tasks.
