Job Summary Superior Plastics is employee-owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Assistant to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. If you are a strong leader who enjoys fast-paced manufacturing and wants a schedule that provides more personal time, we would like to talk with you. Responsibilities Provide assistance to Production Supervisor and fellow team members. Quality Inspection. Maintain material levels according to production schedule. Basic troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment. Answering alarms and re-starting Injection Molding Machines. Follow company safety standards and operational procedures. Responsible for keeping workstations stocked with packaging supplies for Production Associates. Pay

$17.50 - $18.00 per hour Schedule That Works for Work-Life
Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Work/Life balance. You receive full-time pay and benefits while enjoying built-in time off throughout the month.

Shift Hours:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and positive attitude. Knowledge of basic math, reading and writing. Problem-solving and Critical thinking. Working Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Comfortable with operating a forklift. Able to lift 55lbs on a repetitive basis.
