Full-time About the Role Snowville Creamery is looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the production of high-quality dairy products from start to finish. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things well . What You'll Do Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently Follow detailed procedures to ensure product quality and consistency Cross-train across multiple stations (milk fillers, yogurt fillers, pasteurizers, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift Complete end-of-day cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly What to Expect A full shift spent mostly on your feet Physical, hands-on work that includes lifting, moving, and repetitive tasks A fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters End-of-day cleaning that requires effort and follow-through A team that depends on reliability and consistency This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in hard work, enjoys physical activity, and values being part of a team that produces something tangible every day .
