Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of lathe experience required Experience operating manual or CNC machines Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Duties Operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture parts to specification Read and interpret blueprints and production documentation Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform basic machine setup and adjustments Monitor product quality throughout production runs Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger concerns Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
