hours (60 days) Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity where you can learn new skills without giving up your evenings? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Machine Operators in Wayne County. No previous machine operation experience is required; if you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn, training is provided. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment Load and unload machines throughout the production process Grind, finish, and inspect manufactured parts Prepare and move materials throughout the facility Monitor finished work for quality Assist with additional production tasks as needed What You'll Need Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
