Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Entry-level position

Previous warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Job Duties Assemble cardboard product displays according to specifications

Pack products into displays accurately and efficiently

Stack completed boxes onto pallets/skids

Maintain production quotas and quality standards

Inspect materials and finished products for defects

Keep work area clean and organized

Follow all workplace safety procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Worker

• 3rd shift.

Physical Capabilities Lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly

Stand for the duration of the shift except during scheduled breaks

Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
