We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assembling components and products according to precise specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. What You'll Do Assists the lead operators on production line equipment efficiently while maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Production standards. Promotes and follows all EHS and Quality guidelines and procedures. Performs minor set-ups, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines. Ability to accurately account for production quantity, process scrap, production time, and traceability practices by filling out a daily production log. Recommends safety improvements as needed Ensures all housekeeping and equipment standards are met. Assists in training temporary workers to pick/place/pack/palletize. Able to conduct basic operation of cardboard baler, plastic baler, compactor, carton erector, pallet jack, and taper/tape gun. Provides support and assistance to other line teams as needed. What You Bring High School Diploma/GED preferred. No previous experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided. Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English. Compensation Information:
$17
