In this position you will support the Quality and Production teams by preparing and maintaining customer and product/process documentation for electronics manufacturing work orders. This role is primarily office-based with limited time spent on the shop floor.

Shift:

6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts) Possible half-days on

Fridays Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble document packets for production work orders and ensure accuracy and completeness Compile customer requirements for product and process documentation Compile and document customer specifications and quality-related requirements Create and maintain customer quality requirement documentation as needed Manage measuring equipment calibration: coordinate sending equipment out for calibration and receiving/recording returned equipment Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Quality inspection or quality documentation experience required Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and solid data entry skills required Experience working with engineering documents a plus
