• Job Description
• Join a dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, working to ensure quality and efficiency in the production floor. You will handle various tasks including packing, stacking, and quality checks to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Responsibilities
• + Stack 55lb bags of extruded material on pallets.

+ Assist with various tasks on the production floor. + Sort boxes and stack bags on skids. + Stage and palletize orders in preparation for shipment. + Perform quality checks to ensure loads meet quality standards. + Accurately read weight measurements. + Collaborate with team members to ensure shipment deadlines are met. + Help load and unload trucks. + Pack extruded plastic product into boxes. + Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. + Work overtime as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in production, manufacturing, hand packing, and assembly line operations. + Ability to stack skids and weigh loads of extruded plastic material. + Capability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift. + Possess mechanical aptitude. + Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stow, OH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
