Direct Start Job Description We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a Jewelry Production & Assembly position. Candidates will assist with assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing jewelry products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. No previous experience is necessary, as long as candidates are willing to learn and work well with others. Job Responsibilities Assemble jewelry products using small components and materials. Apply glue and adhesives to jewelry pieces with accuracy and precision. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Print and apply labels to products and packages. Package, organize, and prepare completed orders for shipment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform duties that involve a combination of sitting and standing. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Comfortable handling small parts and performing repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
