Now hiring Production Associates for a company in Streetsboro. 1 st and 2 nd shifts are available. Weekly pay at $15 per hour, $16 for 2 nd shift.

Job Duties:

Safely operate injection molding equipment and perform finishing tasks using basic hand tools and equipment. Count, inspect, and package finished parts according to production and quality requirements; identify defects and communicate concerns to the Floor Supervisor and Quality Control team. Perform in-process quality inspections and assist with insert installation and other production tasks as assigned. Read and follow work instructions, travelers, blueprints, and company policies related to production, quality, and safety. Support daily production goals by working efficiently and communicating effectively with supervisors and team members. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Experience reading blueprints is preferred. Previous Injection Mold experience is a plus, but not required.
