Pay Rate:
$20- $22 /hr. ($1.00
- $2.00 shift differential) Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hours. (Excellent full-time benefits package offered once hired in)
- $500 signing bonus once hired in full-time
What You'll Do:
Operate production line equipment and monitor product quality Inspect, sort, and package materials with attention to detail Follow safety guidelines while lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for 8-10 hours Learn new skills and cross-train in multiple areas Contribute to a team-focused, supportive workplaceRequirements:
Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, bend, grip and walk as necessary during an 8- 10-hour shift Visually inspect for any quality defects Able to read and interpret a ruler Foster teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety requirements Desire to be cross trained in other areas or job duties
