Open Positions 1st Shift Laser Operator Brake Press Operator Powder Coat Painting Operator 3rd Shift CNC Operator Laser Operator Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by position and may include: Setting up and operating CNC, laser, brake press, or powder-coating equipment Reading blueprints, work orders, and production instructions Loading materials and selecting the proper tools or equipment Preparing, hanging, coating, and inspecting parts for powder-coat finishing Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed Inspecting completed parts for quality and accuracy Meeting production and quality requirements Completing required production documentation Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Previous CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press, or powder-coating experience is preferred Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring instruments, when required Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in producing quality work What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment The opportunity to make a difference at a rapidly growing company At Raymath, your work matters, your skills are valued, and your contributions help move the company forward. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
