Job Description

Adecco is hiring a Production Line Leader to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Union, OH . In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily production line activities, help drive efficiency, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:
$25.00-$26.00/hr (depending on shift) Shifts Available (40 hours/week):
Days:
Thursday-Sunday | 8:00 AM-6:30
PM Nights:
Thursday-Sunday | 7:00 PM-5:30
AM Overtime:
Mandatory overtime may be required What You'll Do As the Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating people, priorities, and product flow to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure production quality meets all specifications Monitor line performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Communicate line issues, updates, and production needs to supervisors and management Lead, mentor, and support team members and other line leads Create and assign daily work priorities based on team capability and workload Coordinate product flow through the department to maintain steady output Manage staffing on the line, including job rotation Ensure team members follow standard work procedures (play sheets) Support changeover procedures in coordination with administrative teams Step in on the line as needed to maintain continuous operations What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience, with prior manufacturing/production line experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why This Role Opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a production environment Competitive pay with shift-based opportunity Build experience in coaching, line performance, staffing coordination, and quality-driven operations Apply today to take the next step with Adecco as a Production Line Leader in Union, OH.
Pay Details:
