Pay Rate:
$25.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on shift Shifts Available (40 hours/week):
Days:
Thursday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-6:30
PM Nights:
Thursday-Sunday, 7:00 PM-5:30 AM Mandatory overtime may be required What You'll Do As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating personnel, workflow, and product movement to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
Ensuring production quality aligns with all specifications and standards Monitoring line performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement Communicating issues, updates, and production needs to supervisors and management Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members and other line leads Developing and assigning daily work priorities based on team capabilities and workload Coordinating product flow within the department for consistent output Managing staffing, including job rotations and shift coverage Ensuring team members adhere to standard work procedures and safety protocols Supporting changeover procedures in collaboration with administrative teams Stepping in on the line when needed to ensure continuous operations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of preferred experience in manufacturing or on a production line; previous leadership experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities High attention to detail and a quality-first approach Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Adecco This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Pay Details:
