Second Shift As our next Line Lead - Medical Devices , you will play a critical role in the safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of wearable medical devices. You will lead day‑to‑day production floor activities while working hands‑on with the team, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , lean manufacturing principles, and safety requirements in a regulated medical device environment.Why You'll Love Working Here Career Advancement :

What You'll Be Doing Assigning production operators to specific tasks and balancing workloads within the assigned area Training production operators on job tasks, processes, and standardized work instructions Supporting and executing quick changeovers to minimize downtime Communicating production issues, equipment concerns, and resource needs to the Group Leader or Supervisor Maximizing productive time to achieve departmental goals related to efficiency, output, and on‑time delivery Ensuring compliance with all safety rules, GMP requirements, and lean manufacturing guidelines Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and lean principles Recommending and participating in Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives Performing leadership responsibilities while also working directly on the production line Supporting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Demonstrated leadership capability in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and thoroughness Solid technical aptitude and understanding of production processes Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask while working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Work Environment Regulated medical device manufacturing environment Standing and working on the production floor for extended periods Emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and compliance with GMP standards How to Apply Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com — We can't wait to meet you!
