Vandalia, Ohio Salary Range:
Starting at 17.50/hour
Supplemental Pay:
Shift differential, overtime eligible

Full Time/Day Shift Position:
Seasonal/Temporary/Contract As our next Production Operator , you'll be at the forefront of assembling precision components while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your hands-on expertise in manufacturing and assembly will be crucial in delivering reliable products and supporting efficient production operations.

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform pre-assembly operations and accurately assemble components Read and interpret process specifications, routers, and technical drawings Set up and operate equipment such as lead cutting machines Cut leads and wrapping tape to specification Inspect, document, and ensure product quality standards are met Manage your own workflow and prioritize tasks effectively
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations Ability to interpret drawings and process specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills at all levels
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with small precision parts (under 1.5 inches) Experience operating production machinery or cutting equipment Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision How to
