Position:

Production & Fulfillment Specialist A‑1 Sports Sales is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team! This is a hands-on position that helps bring custom apparel and accessories to life while keeping orders organized and moving smoothly through production.

Responsibilities include:

Customizing apparel, bags, and other products Operating heat presses and other production equipment Preparing, organizing, and checking customer orders Receiving, counting, and organizing inventory Packaging and preparing completed orders for shipping or pickup Maintaining accurate inventory and production records Checking finished products for quality and accuracy Keeping production and inventory areas clean and organized Assisting with other day-to-day production needs The ideal candidate is: Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able to follow instructions and manage multiple orders Willing to learn new equipment and production processes Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of inventory Experience in apparel production, shipping, inventory, or a similar hands-on role is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person!
