Thomas Steel Strip Corp. located in Warren, Ohio is seeking highly motivated dependable employees to join our production team. Prior experience is not required; we will train you on the job. Some of the benefits to you: Competitive pay

• $20.50
• 26.50 per hour, $23/hr for all entry-level production positions Bonuses
• monthly production and yield bonuses Guaranteed contractual pay increases
• $2.50/hr increase 4/1/27 and $3.00/hr increase 4/1/28 Excellent benefits
• medical (low premiums), free dental and vision, 401k, vacation time, and union pension. Hours
• We work weekends and rotate shifts, so all candidates must be able to work all 3 shifts (days, afternoons & midnights) on a rotating basis and must be available to work weekends as needed.

Essential Functions Work entry level positions on the various units (Rolling Mills, Plating lines, Slitters, Pickle lines…..) Be available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Preference will be given to applicants who can show a stable work history Assist with performing machine set-up and monitor machine operation Inspect product to ensure high quality and conformance with established standards. Identify non-conforming material Complete production paperwork Operate mobile equipment Perform housekeeping Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures Communicate with employees when relieving the prior shift concerning: production activity, quality issues and equipment delays Maintain a clean and safe working area

Basic Qualifications:
