Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (No Overtime) Position Overview Job1USA is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support manufacturing operations for foam insulation products. This role involves operating lamination equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate lamination equipment used to produce foam insulation sheets Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and diagrams for proper machine setup Set up, operate, and adjust machinery (laminators, cutters, etc.) Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, reporting issues) Accurately document production data (materials, quantities, downtime, quality checks) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with general housekeeping tasks during downtime Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check and 5-panel drug screen Basic math skills required High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) Must comply with company no immediate family policy (exceptions may apply) Skills & Physical Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a production environment (including exposure to odors) Reliable attendance, especially during the probationary period Team-oriented with good communication skills Work Environment & Benefits Clean, bright, and quiet facility Small breakroom with microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines Assigned lockers for employees Safety glasses, gloves, and tools provided Schedule & Breaks Paid 30-minute lunch (if remaining on-site) Two paid 10-minute breaks per shift Time tracked using client time clock system Dress Code Long pants or knee-length shorts (summer permitted) T-shirts allowed (no tank tops) Closed-toe shoes required Orientation & Attendance Expectations Completion of Job1USA orientation required Must attend scheduled interview and facility walk-through Strong attendance is critical—employees must notify both Job1USA and the client prior to shift start in case of emergency How to Apply Submit resume or detailed work history/skills summary Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview and facility walkthrough
