Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, operation, and maintenance of production equipment within a dynamic manufacturing facility. Your contributions will ensure efficient production processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in factory environments, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse operations. Duties Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime Assist with inventory management by organizing materials and supplies in the warehouse Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly Support quality control efforts by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency Qualifications Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Excellent teamwork skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude If you are eager to contribute your skills in a manufacturing setting and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply today.
