Position Responsibilities As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by: Performing assembly operations according to specifications and quality standards Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy Operating manufacturing equipment, including: Injection molding presses CNC machines Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively Following all safety procedures and workplace guidelines Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with production goals and meeting daily output requirements Lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred Experience with CNC, injection molding, or quality inspection is a plus Ability to read and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
