Position Overview As a General Production Associate , you will support daily manufacturing operations and help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and the chance to learn multiple production functions. What You'll Do Remove damaged or defective products and materials from production areas Inspect packaging for quality, proper seals, and date/code accuracy Stack products onto pallets following established procedures Maintain clean work areas and equipment according to GMP standards Identify and report safety, quality, or production concerns Rotate between various production assignments as needed Support team production goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, and understand English Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to learn multiple job functions and adapt to changing priorities Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Ability to maintain continuous visual focus on products and equipment Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Why You'll Love This Opportunity Entry-level position with training provided Multiple shifts available Stable manufacturing environment Team-oriented workplace Growth and advancement opportunities Weekly pay
