ABOUT THE ROLE

And Here We Are is hiring a Production Associate (Bindery & Finishing) to join our studio team. This hands-on role is responsible for all bindery and paper finishing operations — trimming, folding, scoring, punching, binding, and more — across every product line. You'll be a key part of making sure every product that leaves our studio is finished to the brand's quality and aesthetic standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform all bindery and finishing operations: trimming, folding, scoring, punching, and binding Operate and maintain bindery equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness Coordinate with Production Assistants on notebook binding and assembly Assist the Head of Production with bindery scheduling and workflow planning Help train and guide Production Assistants on bindery techniques

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proficient bindery skills and experience with bindery equipment — paper trimmers, perf/score equipment, coil binding, and shrinkwrap tunnels Experience with cutting, folding, scoring, and binding techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, organized, and able to work at pace in a production environment Team player willing to support wherever needed

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work and collaborate with other members of the team May occasionally involve climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or lifting boxes up to 30 lbs Must be able to manage deadlines May occasionally travel to other locations for work May be required to work on weekends and/or holidays Exhibits a positive attitude, with a can-do and customer-first focus with all customers Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
