• 20hr Job Description Join our team to assist with various general labor tasks in the manufacturing of counterweights and steel products.

Responsibilities include unloading products off machines, preparing them for shipment, and assisting with material handling as needed. Compliance with all applicable safety policies and procedures is essential. Responsibilities Assist with manufacturing counterweights and steel products. Essential Skills Experience with machine operation. Knowledge of construction and assembly processes. Proficiency with measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to work overtime (at least 5 hours per week). Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift. The facility is not well lit and can be dirty, with a mix of new and old equipment. Shifts available are 7AM

The team comprises over 50 full-time workers, with roughly 120 people in production, including full-time and temporary staff. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
