Full Job Description Overview:

$20.00 hourly 1st Shift Opportunity to work with heavy industrial equipment components Hands-on experience with fabrication and welding processes Collaborative work environment with supervisors and welders Opportunity for growth and development in the field Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What you'll do as: Box Header Plate Fitter Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Measure and lay out steel plate materials Fit and assemble box header components Operate hand and power tools for material preparation Inspect workpieces for quality compliance

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a plate fitter, structural fitter, or fabrication fitter Knowledge of fabrication processes and layout techniques Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and heavy plate materials Basic tack welding skills Passing Plate Test, UT, and X-ray requirements
