The company's flagship brands include ShoreMaster, HydroHoist, Tide Tamer, and Neptune Boat Lifts; additional brands include Rhino Marine Systems, PolyDock Products, ShoreMaster Fabrics, RotoMoldUSA, Firstmate, and HyPower. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect machines according to check-list provided Reach/maintain all cycle goals as set up on the machine Ensure pre-measured accurate powder is being used for correct mold Demold product in a safe and efficient manner Any available time between cycles or while machine is processing/cooling will be spent assisting employees in other areas, starting with your area first Inspect molds for any repairs needed Contribute to continuous improvement culture Ensure a positive working relationship with other shop personnel Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety Job Qualifications Experience within a manufacturing environment with similar duties or responsibilities. The ability to read a tape measure. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Tolerance for working in adverse weather conditions including, but not limited to, heat, cold, and rain.

  • Ability to focus and work without immediate supervision.
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management.
