Role:
The Production Associate will be responsible for preparing parts for processing by applying masking materials such as tape, plugs, caps, and other protective coverings according to work instructions and blueprints. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality to ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply masking tapes, plugs, caps, and other materials to designated areas of parts according to work instructions and blueprints. Remove masking materials after processing without damaging finished surfaces. Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure compliance with specifications. Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Report defects, discrepancies, or production concerns to supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour
