Schedule:

4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts.

Flexibility:

Due to operational needs, employees are required to be available for up to 2 days of mandatory OT during their off-rotation. Profit sharing after 1 year, medical insurance after 30 days, 1 week vacation after 6 months, and a safety boot voucher after 720 hours worked.
